Maximum Home Cost $500,000
10% ($20,000-$50,000) Forgivable Loan
After loan is forgiven, borrower will receive 2.70% of construction cost for income tax liability of forgiven loan
Own home for at least 4 years
Stay on job with the same employer for 4 years
Existing Home
Minimum Home Cost $100,000
Maximum Home Cost $500,000
5% ($5,000-$25,000) Forgivable Loan
After loan is forgiven, borrower will receive 1.35% of purchase price for income tax liability of forgiven loan
Own home for at least 4 years
Stay on job with the same employer for 4 years
